From these needs in the area, we suggest a building consisting of two large volumes separated by gaps, which generate two entrances, one main, giving importance to 3rd Avenue that connects directly with José Antonio Páez University; and other access, right along Street E-5, thus integrating the building with residential complexes located in the vicinity of the lot.
The second volume in the form of "L" stands embracing the rectangular volume and includes four floors. The first two levels are intended for commercial premises and parking slopes, floors 3 and 4 have mixed functions, to the north side and offices are located west on floor 3 are commercial; and the 4th floor is topped with a 4 cinemas, standing out for being the highest in the whole side.
The building also has two basement levels for parking which have 424 lots, designed for visitors and owners which are connected with the higher levels.
