The construction of Puerto Ordaz Warehouse will be located in Bolivar, Venezuela. This project is for commercial galleries, for offices, or for any use to your convenience. This was located and constructed in an industrial area that has the required accesses for activity. They have modern finishes.
Formally low volumes with flat roofs for commercial areas and sloping roofs with steep slope to the storage area, oriented in the same direction to generate a saw-tooth effect is proposed. To the front facade of the sheds it arises with horizontal metal profiles as parasols and an overhand of the mezzanine to generate a set of incoming and outgoing volumes. The rear facade seeks to highlight the volumetric effect and frame the loading and unloading area of each house.
